I sometimes think about winter and the snow that falls during the winter months. When lots of snow falls, the world turns white for a short time. But if it snows for days and days, well the snow just doesn't seem so special. Once in a while!, if you catch a large snowflake?, you can see that it has a special design. They say that every snowflake is unique.

有时，我会想到冬天和冬天飘落的雪花。如果雪下得很大，整个世界很快就会成为白茫茫的一片。可是如果连着下上几天雪，似乎就没什么特别的了。要是你偶尔捕提到一片大的雪花你会发现它的图案很特别。据说，每片雪花都是独一无二的。

Sometimes, we see lots and lots of people...

有时，我们会见到许许多多的人.....

Getting on the subway.

Or cheering at a soccer game.

Dr just walking down the street.

比如乘坐地铁时，

或者观看足球比赛欢呼时，

甚至当我们走在路上的时候。

At those times, the people often don't seem so special. They just seem like one large mass. But each person is unique. Each person has unique features. Each person has a unique character.Each person has some specialty. Each person is a treasure.

在这些时候，我们所见到的人似乎没有那么特别只不过是一个庞然大物。然而，每个人都是独一无二的。每个人都有独无二的外表。每个人都有独一无二的性格。每个人都有自己的专长。每个人都是一个宝藏。

I think I often walk past treasures.. not thinking of their value.I often see coal and not the diamond inside. For some, it's easier to see their value. For others, it's more difficult. But shouldn't I take the time to discover some hidden quality that a friend has?Something I overlooked. Perhaps I should take the next day or so to find something I didn't see before.. in a friend or family member. Maybe there s even something I can do that I didn't know I couid.

我想，我常常路过宝藏却不去考虑他们的价值，看到的常常专长。每个人都是一个宝藏是煤而不是钻石。对有些人来说，认识他们的价值要容易些，对另外一些人来说则要难得多。可是，难道我不该花些时间去发现朋友的内在品质吗？有时，我们会忽略一些东西，也许从明天开始，我就应该去寻找朋友或者家人身上我不曾了解的东西。或许我还会发现一些实际上自己能够、却以为无法做到的事情。
